About SRIE 22
The 3rd Symposium on Railway Infrastructure and Engineering (SRIE 2022) focusing on the industrial advancement and the development of railway transportation in Malaysia. The First Inaugural Symposium was held in UTAR campus in the year 2018. Following the accomplishment, the 2nd symposium was officiated by the Minister of Transport Malaysia Y.B. Datuk Seri Ir. Dr. Wee Ka Siong which was held virtually in 2021. SRIE 2022 will be officiated by the Minister of Transport Malaysia Y.B. Datuk Seri Ir. Dr. Wee Ka Siong. In view of the expanding railway sector in Malaysia, this symposium would serve as a good platform for research and development opportunities between educational institution and industry region to further fortify the progress of railway development across this region.
Aim of SRIE 22
The aim of this symposium is to promote and bring together academics, industrial practitioners and researchers to share their functions and knowledge in railway knowhow in Malaysia.
